- Data Processor: Enrollyca acts as the Data Processor. We simply store and process this data on your behalf, providing you with the tools to manage it through your dashboard.

Data you provide to us (Account Data)
To provide our service, we collect basic account information from our clients (language school administrators), such as names, email addresses, billing details, and login credentials.
Data processed on your behalf (Student Data)
When students use the Enrollyca form on your website, we process the information they submit. This typically includes student names, contact details, course selections, and payment preferences. This data belongs to you.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use Account Data to manage your subscription, process payments, provide customer support, and communicate important platform updates. We use Student Data strictly to facilitate the software's functionality—such as generating invoices, calculating prices, and populating your management dashboard.
5. Analytics and Tracking
We use basic web analytics and tracking tools on our main website and within the dashboard to understand how our platform is used. This helps us troubleshoot issues and improve user experience. We do not sell your data or your students' data to third-party advertisers.
